  • What happens if I ghost the designer and stop responding?
    We appreciate clients who share the same respect for our brand and time. You are required to respond with an update to the designer's request within 14-21 days. If at any time the designer is no longer able to contact you, your project will be deemed terminated and delivered as is. Credits are not offered for services not rendered due to ghosting. You may request extensions if needed during the design process. However, extensions would have to be approved by the designer, and may require a booking fee to account for new design hours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secured payments via Wixpayments, Paypal, Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay. Under certain circumstances, we may accept payment via ApplePay, or Zelle. Exchanges may be available, and approval does vary for services not rendered and requested before the design process has started. Please contact the designer if needed in regards to exchanging services purchased.
  • How do I place an order, and submit my design information and inspiration?
    Select your desired service, add to cart, and proceed with checkout. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email from our team with your submission form. You will be able to upload all project details such as: text, photos, colors, and inspiration. For custom quotes and design services not available for instant checkout, please reach out to us via email. We'll be happy to get you branded.
  • Do you share all of your work?
    We do feature certain projects and testimonials on our website, designer portfolio and social media. Clients under NDA, we respect their policy and agreement, and do not share the work unless agreed to do so.
  • Can I split my payments? Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we offer secured payment plans with Sezzle. If you are approved for an amount via Sezzle that does not cover the full cost of the service, we can split your payments. You may pay in full, the amount not offered by Sezzle, and check out the remaining balance via Sezzle. If at any time you are not approved at all for Sezzle, Klarna and Afterpay is available sometimes. Payment plans outside of the platforms listed above will have to be approved for by the designer. We do not accept deposits for full services rendered, and remaining after. Your balance must be paid in full before official designs are sent to you.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open Monday-Friday 10am-3pm ct. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Clients that are currently onboarded may receive updates outside of business hours to not prolong the design turn around time.
  • What is the turn around time for designs? Can I add on rush services?
    The turnaround times are estimated and does vary by project and designer booking availability. Turn around times are updated for each service in the product descriptions section. You may reach out for a more accurate turn around time when you are ready to book. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Rush fees do fluctuate. Rush services require design time during out of office hours, early mornings, and late nights.
  • Can we schedule a phone consultation or zoom call?
    We do accept 30 minute phone consultations. Check our consultations tab in the menu to book. We do not offer zoom calls or in person appointments at the moment. If you would like to show us live videos for revisions, please screen record and send via email. Free screen recording is available on loom.com
  • Are revisions included? What happens if I do not love the concepts?
    Revisions are included for all design services. Review the service description for revision count included. Once your free revisions have been used, you may purchase additional revisions. Revision fee does vary and may be as low as $25 for 2 additional revisions on edesigns. Websites, ebooks, magazines, etc. revision fee will vary. Revisions are minor changes such as photo swap, text change, and color change only. If you are not satisfied with the initial concept, you may choose to purchase a new concept instead and the entire design would be drafted from scratch.
  • How do we communicate with you for updates?
    All communication during the design process is done via email. In most cases, we will respond to dms on social media, however, we prefer email as the best contact method once onboarded to communicate drafts, revisions, and approvals. If you are within your turn around time and requesting updates. Please note, we may not have any updates until your turn around time has been met. If updates are ready, they will be sent. If any delays occur, you will be contacted by the designer with the update.
  • How does this plan work?
    The retainer fee is a monthly design fee. The fee is paid up front each month, and charged automatically. You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time, however, you will be charged for the following month if you haven't logged into the members page and canceled your subscription within 5 days of the billing period ending. Essentially, you are paying for time, and a guaranteed branding package versus a specific service. Based on the retainer package you select, I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month, without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!
  • Why choose a retainer program?
    You will need design services throughout the year to run a profitable business successfully. If you don't want to hire a full time designer for your business, wait for bookings to reopen, or wait for standard turn around times; this program is for you.
  • What are the benefits of this program?
    You will receive creative content that resonates with your brand in a shorter period of time while saving money on a good investment. We're taking the stress load off of your back and giving you a peace of mind, knowing that you have a guaranteed amount of content created each month for your business. We've sweetened up the retainer deal by adding virtual marketing services with email campaigns. We will create your email campaigns, set up the automations for them, and schedule them to be sent out to your subscribers list weekly. You will pay a set fee each month for the duration of your plan, and you don't have to worry about fluctuating design fees or additional taxes. Retainer clients are top priority. Request and updates are sent within 1 business working day or in most cases, the same day. Additional a la carte services purchased outside of your plan may be rushed without fee for some services. Rush times may vary by project date.
  • What is the Retainer Program's Policy?
    This retainer program consist of digital graphic design services that are non-refundable, and non-transferrable. The cost of our retainers range from is $1560-$2150 monthly with a 1 month minimum plan purchase. You may cancel or discontinue services at any time by visiting the members page and cancelling your subscription. If you haven't cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically billed for the next month. Please notify the designer within 5 days of your retainer ending if you would like to cancel. This is to avoid additional fees for designs created for the following month. Design time accounted for is 40 hours a month at the least. Please note that for retainers, we do design 24/7 during office hours though. This is why request for designs outside of the retainer are completed within 1-2 days, and doesn't require any additional rush fees. Rush fees are normally as low as $50 and as high as $500 and does vary by project. You will save on rush fees. Although copyrighting services are included with this retainer, we require some basic info for your brand once onboarded. Future designs may not require content submission unless campaigns are requested and specific details. By purchasing this plan, you are agreeing to the terms and services of this policy. You are also acknowledging to have read and understood the retainer's inclusions and FAQ listed on the retainer page.
