Payments & Securing Your Project

Full payment is required to confirm your booking and secure your project within our schedule. Securing your project in full ensures your design will be delivered according to the agreed timeline, giving your business the ability to launch and implement your brand as planned. Turnaround, Revisions & Approvals

Drafts and concepts remain the intellectual property of Bold Luxe Design Studio until final approval. Standard turnaround times vary based on service type and scheduling availability. Revisions are provided according to the scope outlined in the service description. Revision requests are typically completed within one to three business days, depending on complexity. Website revisions are applied every three to seven business days. Rush services are available for expedited delivery when necessary. If project scope or requested changes exceed the original agreement, timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Conduct & Communication

Bold Luxe Design Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or illicit behavior. In such cases, projects may be canceled immediately without refund, and future service may be denied. Legal action may be pursued if deemed necessary.

Updates are provided according to the project schedule, and requests outside the agreed timeline may be deferred until the next scheduled update. Communication via phone, text, or social media is not guaranteed and may delay progress.
