This Legal and Brand Policy contains important information to protect both the client and Bold Luxe Design Studio. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review this document carefully before placing an order or continuing to use our services.

Graphic Design Service Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of our non-refundable graphic design services. Clients must have copy and content ready at the time of order submission via the form provided.

Please allow up to 48 working hours for your order to be processed and reviewed by our design team. Orders submitted during off-hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed upon return.

All services offered are digital services only. No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Deposits

All orders must be paid in full to secure the service. All graphic design services are considered final. If you have concerns or questions about your experience, please contact customer service. We strive to ensure satisfaction and will work with you to resolve issues where possible.

Turn Around Times, Revisions, & Approvals

Drafts sent to clients may not be copied or used without consent. Turnaround times vary by service type and booking availability. Please review the product/service description for estimated turnaround times and included revision counts.

Revision timeframes are not included in the estimated turnaround time and may take up to 3 additional working days. Rush services are available for clients needing expedited delivery.

Disclaimer & Conduct Policy

Bold Luxe Design Studio LLC does not tolerate abusive or slanderous behavior. Orders may be immediately canceled if a client engages in abusive or illicit conduct, with no refunds provided. Such clients may be prohibited from future services, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.

All project communication must be conducted via email or our member portal. Updates may not be sent during active turnaround periods until drafts are ready or requests are submitted.

Confidentiality

Our designers may have access to client information including project details, marketing plans, customer data, and financial documents. All client information is confidential and will not be shared except for the purpose of promoting final work, such as portfolio use or case studies.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected may include:

Contact details (name, business, email, phone, address)
Payment information (credit/debit card data is not stored)
