This legal brand policy contains a series of information needed to protect the client, the company, and Bold Luxe Design Studio. It is required that you carefully read and review the terms and conditions prior to using our site and continuing the use of our services.
Graphic Design Service Agreement
By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the terms and use of our nonrefundable graphic design services. You must be copy and content ready once your order has been placed. You will receive a form to submit your information.
Please allow up to 48 working hours for your order to be successfully processed and reviewed by our design team. Orders placed during out of office hours, on weekends, and on holidays will be processed once we return.
All services offered are digital services only and do not require shipment of any physical products.
Payments & Deposits
Your order must be paid in full to secure your branding service. All graphic design services are deemed final. If you have any questions or concerns about your experience, please contact customer service and we will be able to offer the best solution. We take provide in making sure that you're on brand, and satisfied. Let us help make it right if any problems occur.
Turn Around Times, Revisions, & Approvals
Drafts that are sent to clients to review may not be copied, or used without consent and release. Turn around times vary based on the service type and booking availability. Review the product/service details and description section for accurate turn around times, included revision count, and more.
Revision time frame is not included in the estimated turn around time and can be up to an additional 5 working days. Rush services are available if you are unable to wait for your project to be completed during the standard time frame.

Bold Luxe Design Studio LLC does not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind. Slandering the company and designer in any shape or form will result in immediate cancellation of your order. Those who have orders canceled due to abusive or elicit behavior will forfeit their right to a service or refund. Those who do not comply with this policy will be subject to legal action and will not be able to return for future services. We take pride in providing top tier customer service, and appreciate our clients' who share the same respect for our company.
The design project must be communicated via email or through our member portal. Allow up to 5 working days for project updates, or email responses from our team. If you are within your design turn around time, updates will not be sent until drafts are ready, or request are being made..
Confidentiality
The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents. The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential unless stated otherwise. However, the Designer will be permitted to display final work on their website or in promotional materials.
