The turnaround times to receive drafts and completion of the project are estimated. Turn around times vary by design type, designer availability, and the client's submission time. You may review the most up to date turn around time listed in the graphic design service description. Turn around times does not include revision time. Design TAT starts once your design details and forms have been received by the designer. Turn around time does not include weekends or out of office days for the holiday.

Rush services are available for an additional fee and may be added to cart at the time of checkout.

Rush services require design time during out of office hours, early mornings, and late nights. This is the only time that the turn around time difference would apply.

We accept secured payments via Wixpayments, Paypal, Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay. Under certain circumstances, we may accept payment via ApplePay, or Zelle.

Please contact the designer if needed in regards to exchanging services purchased. We do not offer refunds.

Yes, we offer secured payment plans with Sezzle. If you are approved for an amount via Sezzle that does not cover the full cost of the service, we can split your payments. You may pay in full, the amount not offered by Sezzle, and check out the remaining balance via Sezzle.

If at any time you are not approved at all for Sezzle, Klarna and Afterpay is available sometimes.

Enrolling with Sezzle, Klarna, & Afterpay allows you full access to your official designs while you still make payments with the host.

Payment plans outside of the platforms listed above will have to be approved for by the designer. We do not accept deposits for full services rendered, and remaining after. Your balance must be paid in full before official designs are sent to you. This policy refers to individuals on a payment plan directly with the designer.
