A quick introductory call for potential clients interested in learning more about services, timelines, availability, and determining the best fit for their project. Perfect for: • Questions before booking • Service clarification • Timeline discussion • Determining next steps Please Note: This call does not include brand strategy, brand audit, creative planning, website mapping, custom quotes during the call or custom project development.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Payments are non-refundable. Appointments may be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled consultation time. Clients may reschedule their consultation once at no additional charge if requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any additional rescheduled appointments after the first approved reschedule will require a new booking and consultation payment to accommodate scheduling availability and reserved consultation time. Consultations are conducted via phone call only. Zoom meetings, FaceTime, or live video calls are not available at this time. The designer will contact the client directly using the phone number provided during booking and may place the call within the first 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. If the initial call is missed, the designer will attempt to reconnect up to two times within a 10 minute timeframe. Failure to answer or respond during that timeframe will result in a no-show forfeiture of the consultation appointment and payment.
